Additionally included in this new document release seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos reveal he had formulated plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a local waterway, a strait in the territory, noted on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the land.
Alongside this are what seem to be several other site drawings and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
